1986
Aurobindo Pharma, Ltd. | Founded in 1986 by Mr. P.V. Ramaprasad Reddy, Mr. K. Nityananda Reddy and a small, highly committed group of professionals. It commenced operations in 1988-89 with a single unit manufacturing Semi-Synthetic Penicillins at Pondicherry, India. The company became a public venture in 1992.
2011
AuroMedics Pharma LLC. | Formed in the US and began distributing generic injectables. The mission is to develop and bring as many injectable products as possible to the US institutional market, providing a consistent and reliable supply, at a fair price and of the highest quality.
2013
Commenced marketing specialty injectables in the US. Increased capabilities in Penems, Oncology & Biocatalysis.
2022
Eugia US LLC. | AuroMedics Pharma LLC. was renamed Eugia US LLC, an entity representing our generic and specialty injectables portfolio. Eugia US LLC was created with dedicated leadership, manufacturing facilities, Quality oversight, supply chain infrastructure and R&D capabilities, thus enabling us to be nimbler and more focused to meet market and customer demands.
2023
Eugia US achieved the significant milestone of receiving 18 injectable ANDA approvals, and launching 14 products in a single year.
2025
Grand Opening of our New US Warehouse with increased capacity to handle future growth. This is a significant milestone in our company’s journey, and positions us to continue to serve our customers current and future needs.

Proudly serving our customers with an injectable portfolio of 143 NDCs across 71 molecules.
